Job summary

Savvy Wealth is seeking a Strategy & Operations generalist to own end-to-end finance operations, including advisor payouts and related programs. You will automate processes with AI-powered workflows and serve as the primary point of contact across Advisory Operations, Trading, Billing, and Post-Sales.

You’ll join a small, high-leverage team reporting to the Head of Finance, helping define the function as the first hires in this role and supporting strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in investment banking, consulting, or a strategy, ops, or finance role at a high-growth startup.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel. This is a hard requirement.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a low tolerance for unexplained variances.
• Comfort chasing information across an organization; context from other teams.
• Strong written communication; ability to explain compensation calculations.
• AI-native: experience with LLMs/agents and building workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own core finance operations end to end (payouts, invoicing, collections).
• Automate manual steps with AI-powered workflows and document processes.
• Be the point person for advisor questions and cross-team collaboration.
• Help shape the function as one of the first occupants of the role.
• Support strategic projects (pricing, advisor programs, vendor evaluations).
