Savvy Wealth is seeking a Compensation Operations Manager to own the monthly advisor payout cycle end to end, from gross to net, across individual and team payments. You will partner with Finance, Advisory Operations, and Billing to automate, scale, and document processes, ensuring accurate, on-time statements for hundreds of advisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, payroll, revenue operations, or business ops with a recurring monthly process.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; able to build/audit complex calculations and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to chase information across teams.
• Strong written communication and experience with AI tools in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Run the monthly advisor payout cycle end to end for individuals and teams.
• Convert contracts to gross to net payouts; net from services/fees as applicable.
• Reconcile payouts before funds move and investigate discrepancies.
• Administer advisor money stack: loans, equity distributions, budgets, and invoicing.
• Document processes, close control gaps, and partner with Data/Engineering to move off spreadsheets.
