Spring Health is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Care Delivery Programs. This role shapes a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning service lines and functions, collaborating with clinical, product, finance, analytics and commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
You will identify AI and automation opportunities, develop operating models, and drive adoption across teams while protecting member safety and quality.
Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations or related field.
- Proven track record leading high-impact initiatives across multiple functions.
- Strong strategic and analytical judgement to frame ambiguous problems.
- Experience building business cases with Finance or Analytics to quantify costs and benefits.
- Experience delivering technology, automation, or AI-enabled workflow improvements.

- Set strategic direction for a portfolio of care delivery services.
- Assess opportunities and trade-offs to improve quality, value, and economics.
- Develop business cases for service and operating model changes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through evaluation.
- Establish shared planning, measurement, and coordination across services.
