Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead managers and team leads within Care Delivery, ensuring operational health, quality, and performance. This is a full-time, remote role with occasional travel for events.

You will report to the Director, Dedicated Workplace, and collaborate across functions to drive high-impact outcomes. You will mentor leaders, manage performance, and drive process improvements while overseeing AI tool adoption to improve efficiency and member experience.

Qualifications

• Active independent license (e.g., LP, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT).
• 5+ years leadership experience, managing managers and large teams.
• Experience driving KPIs, service levels, and high-volume operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and team leads.
• Oversee performance management, budget, and workforce planning.
• Drive SOP creation, policy adherence, and change management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, and BI teams.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives and measure impact on efficiency.
