Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Care Delivery Dedicated Workplace team. You will mentor managers, drive performance across KPIs, and partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, IT, and BI to deliver value at scale. Expect a remote, full-time role with occasional travel.

You will guide staffing, SOPs, and policy changes while championing AI-enabled improvements that boost efficiency and member experience. Strong leadership and healthcare operations background required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading managers and teams of 40+ through multiple layers.
• Proven ability to translate strategic plans into operational processes and KPIs.
• Strong budget and workforce planning experience in high-volume environments.
• Track record of building high-performing teams and developing leaders.
• Experience overseeing supervision, triage, escalation, and safety planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; experienced with change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and team leads, including hiring and onboarding.
• Drive structured performance management, coaching, and accountability across teams.
• Translate plans into processes, own KPI performance, and manage budgets/workforce plans.
• Monitor staffing levels against volume forecasts and attrition with Workforce Management.
• Own SOP creation, policy adherence, and drive operating-model improvements.
• Identify training needs and enablement opportunities with cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide end-to-end change leadership and AI-driven efficiency initiatives.
