Job summary

Meta is seeking a Global Research Operations Program Manager to design and scale global operational programs. You will partner with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal to manage data contracts and vendor governance, while driving efficiency and AI-enabled improvements across the team.

The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, program roadmapping, and strategic initiative leadership to enhance the competitive data landscape and product insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with vendor management or business operations (minimum).
• 2+ years of cross-functional data project management (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing and scaling programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sourcing and Privacy to complete data contracts and renewals, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
• Identify process efficiency opportunities to expand data coverage and optimize vendor relationships.
• Guide vendor management governance and negotiate pricing and terms with current and prospective vendors.
• Define program roadmaps, share updates, surface risks, and ensure commitments are delivered.
