Job summary

Meta seeks a Program Manager for Global Research Operations to build and scale global research programs and establish scalable processes. You will drive efficiency, knowledge sharing, and capacity building across teams to enable high-impact work.

You will collaborate with Sourcing, Privacy, and Legal on data contracts, governance, and AI-enabled workflows, while guiding cross-functional vendors and strategic initiatives to elevate research outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years of program or project management experience with vendor management or business operations.
2+ years of cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
Experience with data modeling and project tracking; proficient with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
Experience establishing and leading programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.
Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
Experience communicating with data to drive change.

Responsibilities

Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to finalize data contracts and renewals.
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
Guide vendor management best practices and governance; support pricing and terms negotiations.
Define program roadmaps, share updates, surface risks, and ensure commitments are delivered.
Collaborate with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines.
Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact; support AI adoption.
