Job summary

Enertiv is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives and Managers across the full sales cycle. You will lead technical discovery, deliver compelling demos, generate proposals, craft RFP responses, and support negotiations with an AI-first mindset to streamline workflows.

You will deeply understand Enertiv's hardware and software capabilities and join sales calls as a trusted resource. Colorado-based candidates are preferred, with US remote options and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in operations, project delivery, or engineering services.
• Strong command of project management tools, CRM dashboards, and data reporting platforms.
• Effective working style across executive leadership, sales and operations.
• Proven ability to propose solutions in enterprise sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery and tailor demos to customer scenarios.
• Own quoting, proposals, and RFP responses with defined implementations.
• Maintain pricing integrity and manage quote-to-deploy alignment.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with operations and sales.
• Automate processes while ensuring accurate CRM records and reporting.
