Job summary

Recruiting from Scratch is hiring a Solutions Engineer for a fully remote position. You will own technical evaluations from discovery through contract, and deliver compelling demos to ML engineers and executives.

Build customized POCs with Python, TypeScript, APIs, and SDKs while partnering with sales to win enterprise deals. Expect to shape AI governance discussions, drive product improvements, and accelerate adoption across Fortune 500‑level customers.

Qualifications

3–8 years in Solutions Engineering or related pre-sales roles.
Experience owning technical evaluations from discovery to close.
Experience at early‑stage B2B SaaS startups.
Strong ability to demo complex AI/ML products.
Bachelor’s degree in CS or a technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the full technical evaluation from discovery to signed contract.
Deliver technical demos to engineers and executives.
Build POC using APIs, SDKs, Python, and TypeScript.
Lead discovery sessions to map customer AI infra and governance needs.
Answer deep technical questions on AI architecture, security and compliance.
Partner with Account Executives on enterprise deal strategy.
Create reusable demo environments and playbooks.
Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Help customers evaluate AI governance, observability, and compliance solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, platform, ML and security teams during evaluations.
