You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to design foundational solutions and educate customers on architecture. Ideal candidates bring 5–7+ years in enterprise software, strong client communication, and knowledge of SaaS stacks.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in enterprise software, systems integrator, or consulting.
• Experience in software implementation or pre-sales and client-facing work.
• Knowledge of modern SaaS architecture and diverse tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Support sales processes and collaborate with direct and channel teams.
• Understand customer requirements and map them to SailPoint solutions with AI tooling.
• Participate in foundational implementation engagements onsite or remotely.
• Educate customers on high-level product architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Contribute to Agentic technology demonstrations and solution design.
