Job summary

Studio McGee is seeking a Solutions Analyst to join the Technology & Strategic Operations team in Draper, Utah. You’ll work across design, product development, warehousing, logistics, and marketing to translate business needs into practical solutions using existing systems and AI tooling.

You’ll partner with the Director of Technology & Strategic Operations and CEO to shape workflows, optimize processes, and drive adoption of new solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6+ years in business analysis or cross-functional roles.
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems in physical product businesses.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technical solutions across departments.
• Assess needs, propose solutions, ensure successful implementation.
• Coach departments to own their solutions and drive adoption.
• Scope engineering needs and collaborate with systems engineers.
