Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an Operations Research Analyst in Chicago, IL to lead AI-driven analytical solutions merging ML, statistics and optimization to tackle client and business challenges. You will design advanced analyses and predictive models to quantify opportunities and support decisions.

The role requires translating complex findings into executive-level recommendations through data storytelling, visualization, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering and leadership

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Delivery Manager, Senior Associate, Data Analyst, Lead Data Scientist, Software Developer, Computer Systems Analyst, or Computer Programmer roles.
• Experience with Python, SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, MLOps, and Snowflake.
• Travel to client sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI-driven analytical solutions using ML, statistics, and optimization.
• Design and execute advanced business analyses, predictive models, and experimentation frameworks.
• Quantify opportunities with financial impact assessments and support strategic decisions.
• Translate findings into executive-level recommendations via data storytelling and visualization, in cross-functional collaborations.
