Job summary

Advatix Inc. seeks an AI and Solutions Development Analyst to combine customer-facing supply chain consulting with internal analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.

You’ll diagnose inefficiencies, develop logistics solutions, and build internal tools, dashboards, and automation delivery to stay competitive. This dual-impact role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and IT to design solutions, support business development, and drive continuous improvement across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in supply chain consulting or analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI development, automation tools, or ML applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
• Prior background in freight brokerage or 3PL preferred.
• Willing to travel 10–20% to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual supply chain assessments with stakeholders.
• Evaluate networks and propose cost/service improvements.
• Design tailored logistics solutions across full-service portfolio.
• Build financial models, ROI analyses, and customer proposals.
• Develop case studies and support enterprise sales opportunities.
• Build Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and KPIs.
• Develop AI-powered tools and automate workflows where feasible.
