Studio McGee, Inc. in Draper, UT is seeking a Solutions Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions across design, product development, purchasing, warehousing, inventory, and marketing systems.

Qualifications

• Generalist problem-solver who can work across many systems rather than deep on one
• Operational grounding in a physical-product business to understand supply chain and logistics constraints
• Strong fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT), including prompting and automation
• Ability to translate messy business problems into clear, non-technical solutions
• Coaching mindset: teach others to fish rather than do it for them
• Sufficient technical literacy to know when engineering is needed and how to hand off
• Curiosity to learn new domains quickly and work across departments
• Experience in or near retail/e-commerce operations, warehousing, product development, design, or marketing systems is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Technology & Strategic Operations to triage opportunities across the company
• Learn how a department actually works before proposing anything
• Map processes end-to-end and identify where time, data, and margin are leaking
• Solve problems in-tool with better workflows, system reconfiguration, and AI/automation solutions
• Design and set up AI-assisted solutions and coach people to operate them independently
• Train departments to own their solutions, leaving behind documentation and capability
• Scope genuine engineering needs and partner with our systems engineers to see them through
• Track adoption to ensure solutions are used and owned over time
