Job summary

Cognizant invites an Associate Director - Service Line Sales Executive to lead the Software Engineering Group's market strategy and revenue growth across assigned accounts. You will craft go-to-market plans, collaborate with Client Partners, and drive pipeline from lead generation to closed deals.

You will engage CXO-level sponsors, shape transformation roadmaps, and coordinate cross-practice teams to deliver AI-led product engineering, modernization and QA services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior-level software services sales.
• Proven ability to engage COO-level executives in large deals.
• Strong track record in selling digital/cloud/AI solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion SEG offerings in the market to drive revenue growth.
• Set go-to-market and growth strategy for SEG in assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with Client Partners, solutioning and delivery teams.
• Own lead generation, pipeline management and proposal development.
