Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional Java development with modern features.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and governance of AI outputs.
• Hands-on experience building event-driven, distributed systems.
• Solid SDLC practices: version control, CI/CD, automated tests.
• Strong testing discipline: unit and integration tests across stacks.
• Ability to navigate large, unfamiliar codebases quickly.
• Excellent communication across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-availability, multi-region cloud services.
• Develop event-driven pipelines and optimized data paths for trade lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to modernize processes.
• Own full software component lifecycles from design to deployment.
• Lead AI-driven development using production-grade tooling.
• Ensure security, observability, and production fitness of AI-generated code.
