Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in Java (Java 17+ preferred).
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools and governing AI agents.
• Experience building event-driven and distributed systems, with messaging platforms like Kafka.
• Strong SDLC practices: version control, CI/CD, automated build/test/deploy, and code quality tooling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate high-availability, multi-region, cloud-native services with security and observability.
• Develop event-driven architectures and data pipelines for trade lifecycle management.
• Partner with engineers and stakeholders to modernize business processes and drive modernization across teams.
• Manage full lifecycle of software components from requirements to release in line with robust SDLC and Agile practices.
• Innovate AI-centric solutions and guide AI coding agents through the SDLC to accelerate delivery.
