Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced leader to shape AI-assisted software development practices across engineering. You will drive autonomous development initiatives, establish standards, and partner with Architecture, Product, and Applied AI teams to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

You will mentor engineers, develop enablement programs, and measure impact on productivity and business outcomes, with potential for broader technical leadership as capabilities mature.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years leading software development initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools and intelligent automation.
• Proven success delivering software products using Agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of software testing, CI/CD, validation, and release management.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading adoption of new tech, tools, or workflows.
• Ability to balance innovation with delivery speed, quality, security, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and adoption of AI-assisted and autonomous software development practices across engineering teams.
• Deliver strategic software enhancements using AI-enabled workflows with human validation.
• Establish and improve standards, governance, quality controls, and risk management for AI-generated code.
• Create and maintain engineering playbooks, operating procedures, and repeatable workflows for AI-enabled delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and remove delivery obstacles.
• Develop automated build, testing, and verification frameworks for fast, reliable releases.
• Coach engineers to integrate AI tools across the software development lifecycle.
• Develop training sessions and enablement resources for AI-assisted development.
• Monitor adoption, productivity, quality indicators, and business outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to communities of practice to share knowledge and foster adoption.
