Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to multiply engineering output by driving adoption of AI-assisted development. You will work at the intersection of engineering culture and internal tooling, coaching engineers, and building internal integrations to make AI-driven work the standard.

Responsibilities include enabling engineers through coaching, developing best-practice guides, and scaling through AI champions, with a focus on production-grade internal tooling and security

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on engineer with 7+ years shipping in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations.
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Strong teaching, facilitation, and technical-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Enablement & coaching with engineers via 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, and cohorts to raise AI-assisted development effectiveness.
• Create and share living best-practice guides, prompt libraries, and troubleshooting playbooks.
• Scale enablement through a network of embedded AI champions.
• Unblock engineers by surfacing blockers and feeding issues to leadership.
• Build internal AI integrations and tooling from prototype to production.
