Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack Java development.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and distributed architecture.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue frontend technologies.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services and AI-enhanced product capabilities including LLMs.
• Cloud proficiency with AWS/Azure/GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven technical leadership including mentoring teams and architectural decisions.
• Strong observability, performance, scalability, reliability, and secure architecture.
• Excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.
• US citizen or permanent resident in the United States, able to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and design of full-stack Java applications using Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Guide hands-on development while upholding high standards for code quality, security, and scalability.
• Drive AI and ML integration into enterprise solutions, including LLM-powered functionality and intelligent automation.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering tools and practices to improve velocity, reliability, and developer experience.
• Mentor engineers across experience levels and foster technical growth.
• Collaborate with product, data, AI, and engineering teams to define technical strategy and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Oversee performance, observability, reliability, and security across the technology stack.
• Contribute to cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices for reliable delivery.
• Facilitate technical discussions with clients, translating concepts into actionable decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes and architecture in line with client objectives.
