Job summary

Pacific Health Group seeks a Software Developer to work alongside the executive team in designing, developing, and maintaining clinical, operational, and growth‑oriented software. The role blends modern development with AI‑assisted vibe coding to rapidly move concepts from idea to production quality.

You will own end‑to‑end development across frontend, backend, databases, authentication, and integrations while ensuring security and compliance with PHI safeguards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development or full‑stack experience.
• Ability to build and maintain production web applications using modern front‑end and back‑end tech.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one back‑end language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, and data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third‑party integrations.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and release discipline.
• Experience in cloud/server environments including Linux, DNS, SSL/TLS, and production troubleshooting.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and security awareness.
• Ability to communicate with executives and non‑technical stakeholders.
