Symphony Solutions in the United States seeks an experienced software engineer to design and maintain SaaS solutions for Medicare care management programs (CCM, RPM, RTM, PCM, BHI, TCM, AWV). You will champion AI-driven engineering practices to transform our SDLC and mentor engineers toward technical excellence.

You will implement CMS billing rules and CPT coding workflows, build scalable microservices, and enable FHIR/HL7 EHR integrations (Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in Healthcare SaaS.
• Expertise in C#/.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server/MySQL, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement CMS billing rules, reimbursement logic, time-tracking, and CPT coding workflows.
• Build scalable microservices, FHIR/HL7 interfaces, and EHR integrations (Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen).
• Ensure HIPAA, CMS regulations, and SOC 2/HITRUST compliance.
• Lead AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery and modern development workflows.
