Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success professional to lead onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper AI SDR Agent for a high-volume SMB to enterprise book.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable pipelines, align business goals with technical solutions, and drive adoption, expansion, and renewal while delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SMB/Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
• Nimble, hands-on relationship with AI tools, with a track record of building or experimenting with your own AI agents/workflows outside of formal job requirements.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, higher-volume book of business, using agentic tooling to work efficiently at scale.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
• Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.
• You possess a bachelor's degree.
• Passion for making customers successful with software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper AI SDR Agent.
• Manage a high-volume SMB account book, leveraging AI-assisted workflows to scale delivery and ongoing management.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to design scalable inbound pipeline strategies.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate deeply with Salesforce and marketing automation systems.
• Guide customers through configuration and optimization of AI-powered engagement experiences.
• Translate objectives into technical designs, flows, segmentation, and AI goals.
• Establish scalable data models, governance, and best practices with architects and admins.
• Drive enablement by educating teams on agentic marketing strategies and pipeline acceleration.
• Analyze engagement and conversion metrics to deliver strategic recommendations.
• Conduct ESRs and roadmap discussions to show business impact and growth opportunities.
• Surface feedback to Product/Engineering to improve outcomes.
• Support expansion and renewal opportunities through deeper platform adoption.
