LG Electronics is seeking an analytically minded and forward-thinking Manager, Service Strategy & Analytics, to help shape the future of our service strategy nationwide. This role will leverage AI-driven insights, data science, and advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making and drive initiatives that improve customer experience across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, or operations planning, including experience leading projects or managing a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated experience building executive-level dashboards/reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data- and AI-driven strategic initiatives that improve service operations and customer experience.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts building forecasting models, dashboards, and strategic reporting tools.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation across analytics and planning processes to increase speed and decision quality.
• Partner with senior leadership across Field Service, Customer Care, HR, and Finance to identify strategic priorities and turn insights into executable plans.
• Own executive-level reporting and planning models, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
• Present analysis, strategic recommendations, and business impact to senior/executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives from strategy design through execution, establishing clear success metrics.
