You will translate data into actionable recommendations for business leaders and collaborate across service operations, customer care, technology and finance to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business or data-related field; MBA a plus.
6+ years in data analytics, strategy, or operations planning with leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and executive dashboards.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
Strong communication and presentation skills to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead data- and AI-driven strategic initiatives improving service ops and customer experience.
Manage analysts building forecasting models, dashboards, and strategic reports.
Champion AI adoption and automation across analytics and planning processes.
Partner with Field Service, Customer Care, HR, and Finance to identify priorities.
Own executive-level reporting and planning models with clear metrics.
Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement from strategy design to execution.
