LG Electronics seeks a Manager, Service Strategy & Analytics to shape the future of our service strategy nationwide using AI-powered insights and advanced analytics.

You will analyze service performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations for business leaders, collaborating with service operations, customer experience, technology, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, or operations planning, including leading projects or teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building executive dashboards/reports.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data- and AI-driven strategic initiatives to improve service operations and customer experience.
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts building forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Champion AI adoption and automation across analytics and planning processes.
• Partner with senior leadership across Field Service, Customer Care, HR, and Finance to identify priorities and translate insights into plans.
• Own executive-level reporting and planning models with accuracy and clarity.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior/executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement from strategy design through execution with measurable success metrics.
