Job summary

Nexa Motion Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for salaried Home Office roles and key field leadership positions in Walton Hills, OH. The role is hybrid—approximately 50% hands-on recruiting and 50% project work with AI integration and process improvements.

You will partner with field leaders to build sourcing strategies, design interviews, manage offers, and ensure a superior candidate experience while modernizing job descriptions and onboarding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in salaried and hourly roles.
• Experience with multi-site or field leadership recruiting (e.g., Branch Manager, Regional Director) is a plus.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for salaried Home Office roles across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT.
• Lead recruiting for Branch Manager and Regional Director positions with field operations leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design interview processes.
• Source, screen, and manage pipelines; coordinate interviews and drive timely decisions.
• Oversee offer development and negotiation in partnership with HR Operations and Total Rewards.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support hourly recruiting for field teams with tools, guidance, and training.
• Identify staffing bottlenecks and improve hourly hiring outcomes.
• Lead or support AI integration in salaried recruiting; align processes with workforce planning.
• Modernize job descriptions and onboarding programs for key positions.
• Proactively research best practices to elevate Talent Acquisition.
