Job summary

You will drive talent management, create engaging learning experiences, and partner with leaders to boost engagement and organizational effectiveness across multiple sites.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the Home Office and occasional travel to branch locations to support hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or a related field required.
• At least two years of training and instructional design experience required.
• Prior experience in teaching or facilitating training programs preferred.
• Experience in LMS administration and eLearning creation is a plus.
• SHRM or PHR preferred.
