Job summary

Fuel Cycle is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting with an AI-first mindset. This onsite role in Los Angeles requires five days a week in the office, partnering with managers across LA, New York, and remote US and India.

You will design intelligent workflows, hire for fully in-office roles, and drive velocity while coaching on interviewing and bias mitigation. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of TA needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience with distributed/international hiring including cross-border.
• Experience with Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox or similar AI-powered sourcing.
• SaaS or market research industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing through offer for all roles, technical and non-technical.
• Design structured interview processes, evaluation rubrics, and debrief facilitation.
• Recruit primarily for fully in-office positions (5 days/week) in LA and NY.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automate recruiting operations.
• Partner with hiring managers and coach on interviewing and bias mitigation.
