Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and seven years of IT experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with safety as a priority.
- Experience partnering with IT and business leaders to deliver a technology roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team, set goals, provide resources and feedback.
- Define technical direction and ensure high-quality, secure solutions from concept to production.
- Champion AI-assisted development and agentic tooling within the team.
- Partner with sponsors and leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage departmental expenditures, vendor relationships, and contracts.
