Job summary

Williams is seeking a Software Developer IV to lead design, development and documentation for enterprise software solutions, set technical direction, and mentor teammates. You will prioritize projects and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals.

You will work with cloud platforms, AI capabilities, automation, and modern frameworks to deliver production-grade systems, while contributing to architecture decisions and ensuring quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of software development experience.
• Strong architecture, maintainability, scalability and secure development practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring developers and guiding technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design and development of sophisticated software solutions including hands-on development, testing, and debugging
• Defines technical vision and guides the team in architectural decisions
• Collaborates with partners to define project goals and requirements
• Provides technical leadership and mentorship to developers and teams
• Contributes to the documentation of software solutions and processes
• Proficiency in building production-grade products leveraging cloud platforms, AI capabilities, automation, and modern development frameworks
• Other duties as assigned
