You will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with IT and commercial groups, and drive solutions that inform short- and long-term business decisions. A strong background in analytics, BI tools, and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of industry experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience designing and implementing training and knowledge-sharing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to implement scheduling strategies and analytics.
• Develop, refine and deploy data presentation solutions and predictive models.
• Partner with IT and commercial groups to support regulatory filings and business decisions.
• Manage budgetary processes and produce monthly internal reports.
