Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments, Inc. in Park City, UT (with planned move to Heber City) is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to turn AI potential into practical, production-ready solutions.

You will partner with sales, operations, IT, and product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and implement scalable AI-driven automations. You will design and deploy AI agents, retrieval-augmented workflows, and integrations with ERP/CRM and data platforms using Python, LLMs, and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, AI, or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production apps.
• 2+ years building AI solutions using large language models.
• Hands-on experience with prompt design, retrieval architectures, AI testing, and evaluation.
• Experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to translate needs into technical requirements and production solutions.
• Design, develop, deploy, and support production-ready AI applications and automations.
• Build AI agents, copilots, workflows, and decision-support tools.
• Develop applications using LLMs, RAG, and enterprise knowledge systems.
• Connect AI solutions with ERP/CRM/PLM and data platforms.
