Job summary

Williams is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager in Tulsa to lead the software engineering team that powers our business applications. You will partner with operations, engineering, and commercial leaders to translate business problems into usable software and set the standard for design, delivery, and support.

You will guide architecture, drive production releases, and champion AI-assisted development while growing the team’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT and at least 7 years in IT
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience partnering with IT and business to deliver roadmaps
• Preferred: cloud/SaaS implementation or support experience
