Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to own technical strategy for upsell, renewals, and account growth. You will translate customer environments and threats into scalable Darktrace deployments across hybrid/multi-cloud stacks.

You will engage security, IT and executive stakeholders, shaping ROI-driven use cases and driving adoption through consultative, outcome-focused conversations. This role requires strong cybersecurity, networking, and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical account roles in cybersecurity/SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud, and security architectures.
• Familiarity with SOC tools and complex environments.
• Proven ability to expand accounts and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Fundamental understanding of AI technologies (LLM, ML, NLP).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities, risks, and whitespace.
• Architect scalable solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud stacks.
• Align solutions to business outcomes and ROI.
