Job summary

Snyk Ltd. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to guide enterprise customers through post-sales onboarding, delivering multi‑customer deployments of the Snyk platform across SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud environments.

You’ll blend hands-on technical work with project delivery to ensure customers are set up correctly and actively using the platform. You will join the Customer Solutions team, collaborating with Technical Success, Support, Sales, and Product to turn security goals into measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical consulting or customer-facing technical role with hands-on SaaS implementation.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and modern DevOps, and security integration.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes).
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to engineers and managers.
• Genuine interest in application security and developer‑first approach.
• Strong relationship-building and project management skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and evolving security needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer implementations from kickoff to closure following onboarding methodology.
• Manage a portfolio of onboarding engagements with guidance from seniors.
• Configure Snyk rollout to fit customer SDLC, CI/CD tooling, and cloud environment.
• Lead kickoff meetings, run sessions, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Capture requirements and translate them into actionable platform capabilities.
• Contribute to onboarding playbooks and assets to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to remove blockers.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across source control, CI/CD, containers, and cloud.
• Show developers how to apply secure, developer-first practices post-engagement.
• Share feedback with product/enablement teams to improve offerings.
