Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical consulting, software implementation, or similar customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Design and build CI/CD workflow integrations for secure development pipelines.
• Run discovery sessions and architecture workshops with customer teams.
• Build and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and PoC solutions.
• Support customer implementations by troubleshooting integrations and guiding best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders in accounts.
• Partner with Product to share field feedback and prototype solutions.
• Use AI tools to speed up configuration, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to reference architectures and internal knowledge sharing.
