Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS outbound with your own pipeline results.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
• Strong outbound copywriting and a data-driven way of working.

• Build an AI-assisted outbound engine, automating research, lead scoring and reporting with Claude and HubSpot.
• Personally engage key accounts through calls, LinkedIn, video and events.
• Qualify meetings and hand them over to our Account Executives with full context.
• Test new plays every week and document what works.
