Code Gaia is seeking an experienced outbound professional to build and run an AI-assisted outbound engine, integrating research, data enrichment, and lead scoring to drive pipeline growth. You will personally engage high-value accounts with thoughtful outreach across calls, LinkedIn conversations, voice and video messages, and events.

You will refine positioning and messaging using real conversations and market feedback, collaborating with internal teams.

Formación

• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS outbound with your own pipeline results.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot.
• Strong outbound copywriting and a data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run an AI-assisted outbound engine integrating account research, list building, data enrichment and lead scoring.
• Engage high-value accounts with calls, LinkedIn messages, and events; tailor messaging from real conversations.
