Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks a senior leader to drive end-to-end SAP transformation programs for Consumer Goods & Services clients, delivering measurable business outcomes while managing risk, cost, and quality.

You will lead global delivery teams (100+ resources), define transformation roadmaps, governance, and value realization, and push modernization with AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP Delivery/PM/Transformation Leadership or Consulting experience
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with planning, deployment, and outcomes
• Experience leading large global SAP delivery teams (100+ resources) across geographies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs as primary delivery leader
• Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies, roadmaps, governance, and value realization
• Establish and lead global delivery organizations across business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, change management, and support
• Drive program planning, staffing, governance, financial management, and execution across SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations
• Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and reporting
• Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices, delivery methodologies, and governance frameworks
• Guide teams through milestones: design, build, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, hypercare, transition to support
• Drive delivery innovation using AI, GenAI, automation, and analytics
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on transformation and business value realization
• Support account growth through delivery excellence and sales collaboration
• Develop delivery assets and accelerators; travel may be required
