Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and guide teams in AI-driven automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will lead discovery, define requirements, and collaborate with clients and delivery teams to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring security and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience including hands-on configuration.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops with client stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce designs across integrations, data models, and automation.
• Design AI-enabled workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft, test, and iterate prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for devs and testers.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Partner with developers and architects to define specs for integrations and migrations.
• Apply quality, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to Agile delivery ceremonies and project readiness activities.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client communication.
