Job summary

Prime Communications, LP seeks an Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver practical training that strengthens sales execution, employee readiness, and customer experience. The role partners with field sales leaders and stakeholders to translate goals into engaging, measurable training.

The candidate will build training with Articulate Rise and AI tools, including AI trainer agents for field use, and will facilitate in-person and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in ID/HR/communications or related field.
• 2+ years in Learning & Development or Training.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise.
• Familiarity with ADDIE/SAM/microlearning and adult learning.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training to strengthen sales execution and customer experience.
• Partner with sales, compliance, IT, and operations to align training with objectives.
• Build interactive e-learning modules in Articulate Rise.
• Use AI tools to speed content development and maintain AI trainer agents.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions for groups of 10–50 and coach participants.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Manage multiple training projects and maintain LMS content.
