• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• AI native instincts: using internal AI tools first for problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to define strategic initiatives increasing revenue and efficiency.
• Inform decision making on sales priorities with quantitative insights.
• Lead ongoing business analysis of revenue and operating metrics.
• Present actionable insights and drive recommended actions.
• Structure projects with data gathering, analyses, and final recommendations.
• Apply AI tooling to speed up analysis and ensure source data validation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Measurement.
