Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a senior Programmatic Sales & Operations professional in New York to drive full-funnel programmatic campaigns for top clients. You will own strategic deals, optimize launches, and deliver measurable ROIs through data-driven insights.

You will build high-level client relationships, partner with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools for forecasting, QA, and performance optimization in a hybrid NYC office setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client-facing digital media sales roles.
• Advanced understanding of full-funnel digital advertising solutions.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing executive-level relationships with advertisers and agency programmatic centers.
• Strong understanding of data and measurement solutions including Clean Rooms.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to translate data into actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth.
• Consultative approach with ability to educate, influence, and challenge executives while crafting strategies.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator in fast-paced environments with focus on operational excellence.
• AI for scenario planning and what-if analyses to inform Go-To-Market and negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree in digital media or SaaS sales, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel programmatic sales strategies for top-tier clients.
• Build executive-level relationships with advertisers and agencies, leading strategic negotiations and QBRs.
• Advise on programmatic buying, data integration, measurement, and optimization to maximize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Ops to manage deal creation, campaign setup, and real-time optimizations.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to prep for executive conversations and forecasting.
• Translate data and macro trends into actionable recommendations for sustained growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align Pinterest’s value in the programmatic marketplace.
• Utilize AI for forecasting, QA, and trend-based recommendations to improve revenue outlook.
