Job summary

Topo Designs is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator in Denver to blend AI-enabled automation with hands-on sales ops and order management. You will build and test Claude-powered skills, run live automations, and document processes while supporting corporate and wholesale orders in NetSuite.

You'll divide time between automations and sales operations, training teammates, and refining workflows. The role requires 1–3 years in ops and a detail-oriented, proactive communicator who can work

Qualifications

1–3 years in operations, sales support, or order management.
Daily use of Claude or a similar AI assistant; speed ups.
Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel).
High attention to detail with orders and customer data.
Clear written communication; comfortable asking questions early.
Based in or near Denver with regular in-office time.

Responsibilities

Release corporate orders daily and enter wholesale and corporate orders in NetSuite.
Create and maintain customer records and vendor setup paperwork.
Send stock-availability replies and shipment tracking to corporate clients.
Flag orders at risk and monitor EDI, allocations and deadlines.
Prepare weekly stock-availability uploads and the sell-through report.
Coordinate decoration orders with embroidery partners and handle samples.
Back up the Sales Ops Manager on EDI and dealer services.
Pull data and build simple reports for operations and finance.
