You will partner across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Data & Analytics to align strategy, forecasting, and financial insights for faster, smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience translating field inputs into a single demand signal for planning.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the commercial forecast feeding Finance, Supply Chain, and S&OP.
• Ensure forecast accuracy through data governance and continuous improvement.
• Lead product allocation decisions during supply constraints and launches.
• Guide trade and promotional investment decisions using ROI, revenue impact, and risk analysis.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance for clear action and execution.
• Own Sales Operations data/tools, defining requirements and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate to design and implement an AI-enabled Sales Decision Engine for forecasting and optimization.
