Job summary
Bausch + Lomb is seeking a seasoned Vice President, Global IT Lead, Commercial to partner with global Commercial leadership and shape the technology roadmap for CRM, marketing, eCommerce, data and analytics.
The role drives AI-enabled insights, ensures platform standardization, oversees end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of commercial applications, and leads a high-performing, multinational IT team from Bridgewater, NJ on a hybrid model.
Qualifications
- 15+ years IT leadership experience in pharma/medtech/healthcare.
- 7+ years in commercial/market-facing systems.
- Global, matrixed experience across Europe, APAC, LATAM.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary IT strategic partner to global Commercial leadership across regions.
- Define and own the global Commercial technology roadmap.
- Oversee design, build, and deployment of scalable Commercial solutions with lifecycle management.
- Drive adoption of AI, analytics, and automation for sales forecasting and pricing.
- Establish enterprise standards and architecture for Commercial apps.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across IT, Data, and Digital teams.
