Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or digital product delivery.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI products including LLM systems.
• Experience leading technical and product teams in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise AI solutions strategy and roadmap.
• Define product KPIs and track adoption and impact.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI Solutions team.
