Lighthouse is seeking an onboarding lead to own the Denver onboarding week in person, running a global onboarding journey with AI-assisted content creation and role-play. You will coach new hires through ramp cycles and manage LMS administration for multiple cohorts across regions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in customer-facing B2B roles, SaaS experience, and comfort with AI tools. This role offers hybrid work in Denver and opportunities to scale onboarding globally.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing B2B role.
• Enablement experience is not required.
• SaaS background preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support coaching and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for Denver onboarding week in person.
• Maintain and update global onboarding journey across Denver, Barcelona, Bangkok.
• Create sessions, e-learnings and knowledge checks using AI.
• Run certifications and coaching for new hires to achieve ramp.
• Administer LMS and manage cohorts, calendars and access requests.
