Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Sales Enablement & Onboarding Specialist to lead and optimize our Denver onboarding program. You will run in-person onboarding weeks, coordinate across global hubs, and ensure new reps ramp quickly using AI-supported content and analytics.

In this hybrid, cross-functional role, you’ll coach AMER hires, build AI-driven assets in Allego, and collaborate with Revenue Enablement to keep onboarding aligned with product and process changes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a customer-facing B2B role.
• Enablement experience is not required but beneficial.
• Familiarity with AI tools and learning platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own sales onboarding from start to finish.
• Run the Denver onboarding week in person.
• Maintain the global onboarding journey across Denver, Barcelona and Bangkok.
• Use AI to turn source material into sessions, e-learnings and checks.
• Coach new hires to full ramp and run certifications.
